The Bottom Line:
Avoid this phone at all costs. Very Frustrating.
I purchased this phone for 10 bucks when I renewed my contract with Verizon. What a great deal I thought! Boy was I wrong. This phone has a TERRIBLE connection. Worse yet, there is a serious problem with the antenna (I have been through 2 so far) where the antenna just drops down on it's own without being pushed and this often results in loss of connection. I use my phone for business and my customers have been furious.
On the positive side, I did like all the rings, very small size, and loved the vibrate ring option. This phone is feature rich and quality poor. I do not recommend this phone.
