LGIC LG-V111 Cell Phone

Out of 4 or 5 phones offered when I renewed my service plan, I managed to pick the lemon. Phone and battery are short lived ( 2 mos for battery, 3 mos for phone). Despite Verizon trying to blame ME for using the car charger too much (I didn't use it after the first phone burned up), they wouldn't give me a different phone in trade. After about 10 mins of talking, the phone heats up to the point it burns your ear! During the 1 year warranty I had to have the phone itself replaced 4 times and the battery 5 or 6 times BESIDES the battery that came with the phone. Verizon admitted that there had been problems with the phones and they didn't offer them anymore...but I was just out of luck for receiving a different phone. The last replacement I received lasted the longest...6 mos. I am currently searching for a new phone and it will most definitely NOT be any LG product.
