The Bottom Line:
If I didn't have these two problems and if their support wasn't like they are now I would rate this product much, much higher ...
I bought it almost 11 months ago and so far I had two BIG problems.
After TWO weeks (after I bought it) my illumination light on command buttons went down and day after, my brand new CD got jammed inside CD player and I couldn't get it out. I called Lanzar and after TWO weeks I managed to send CD player back and paid shipping fee ($10).
I also sent my registration card with it and when I got my player back my registration card was returned as well (?!?!?)
And everything worked fine afterward, until two weeks ago (10/25/2003). Since then it cannot play any CD (Audio nor MP3), only radio works. So, my story starts over again ...
Several times, during the summer, I had BIG TIME trying to eject CD's, but I had to wait for my AC to cool-off inside of the car, and then I could eject CD.
Sent e-mail to Laznar support, but since then no response from them.
