Flimsy face fails
Pros
Looks pretty cool, lots of features.
Cons
MP3s didn't work, buttons on face fried after 2 months
Recommended it?
No
The Bottom Line:
I say steer clear of this one.
After I installed this player, I was excited at the cool features and the way-cool hidden face plate.
From day one, I could not get it to play MP3s, which were the main reason I bought this unit over others.
It's really loud, and sounds really good, but the first time I really cranked it up, the buttons on the fold-out front panel quit working... now only the #1 and #2 preset buttons work.
I'm now only able to use this unit via the remote control, which is not fully featured. I can't control the EQ (or several other features), and worst of all, I can't eject the CD that's now in there permanently.
