Yes
I ended up dropping 4 business telephone lines and added this device to make long distance calls over on the Internet. You will need phones for this device, so might want to look at the Linksys 942 IP phones as well. The service company I went with is Zingotel. Got their business unlimited plan where you can get up to 16 phones connected to the SPA-9000 all with features like caller ID, voicemail, call forwarding and more for under $50 a month total. Very decent.
As for this device, it is saving me money already. I've got 3 full time people on the phones all the time, and they're on the phone making long distance calls all the time. Linksys did a great job on this product!!!
