Great for a household

IPSEC no L2TP
I've done a lot of research on this unit. I bought it with the idea that I would set it up for roaming users and its not that it cant do that but it doesnt do that well. 2 DEFECTIVE ROUTERS FROM AMAZON.COM
FIRST ONE I SPENT TWO HOURS WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT WHICH WAS AVAILABLE WITH NO WAITING. LEVEL ONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONCLUDED THE ROUTER WAS DEFECTIVE AND WAS RETURNED.

Excellent small-business VPN solution.
This device is a great low-cost router/vpn unit. It provides for all of the standard router/gateway features such as NAT, DHCP Server, and port forwarding/filtering. Terrible product: befvp41
Easy to configure but extremely unstable, I had 8 befvp41 to connects sites trough vpn, I had to restart each at least twice a week!
I replaced all of them with Netgear FVS-114 and they are very stable compare with Linksys.
