Pros Phone works flawlessly. Calls are clear and undistorted.
Cons Poor documentation. Install programs hijacks windows sound settings.

I've used Skype for a while to call home from overseas etc., so I was excited to see this product become available. It gives me the opportunity to have a home phone for cheap. (I ditched my landline years ago.)

Pros Great convenience, excellent sound, good price, nice size and design

There are some mild inconveniences, but in general the phone acts like it's supposed to: gives you a great-quality cordless phone that you use with Skype.

Pros Lots of features which most will never use for a secondary phone.
Cons Install may take HOURS to complete. Avoid this product.

Instructions and drivers not fully vetted/tested - can be a very long quirky install on many PCs. Customer service in the Philipines will know less than you. Pros Works fine and is cordless, which I really like, not being attached to the computer.
Cons Service is horrible if the phone breaks. It's outsourced and they read from scripts.
Recommended it? Yes

I've had the phone for 7 months and it worked fine. Then it stopped receiving voice and I went thru the Linksys Warrantee hotline. Horrible service. Help desk people haven't a clue. Pros Low price on EBay. It works as advertised.
Cons Belt clip broke off and the base is not very sturdy.

Got my CIT200 for $25 used on EBay. The plastic belt clip broke off and the base is not very sturdy. I bought this phone because I didn't want to pay $150 for the newer CIT400 but I like it so much, I will probably keep it instead. Read full review »

Cons Cannot get a ring on BOTH your PC and the handset together.
