the most guaranteed DIY Linux board
Pros
very compatible with Linux distros; latest Intel processors (socket 775)
Cons
micro ATX instead of full ATX makes one think it lacks extra stuff

Yes
Because there's no direct Linux selector in recommended mainboards from AMD and Intel though has one, this board is showed to be most compatible with the different distributions. It's surprizing how little direct support is shown for Linux at maker's as would be the case for Windows. No exhaustive review site too that I found for such hardware on Linux. Dell complained for the lack of standard through the different distros; shouldn't it be always better for OS's having the more specific driver software rather than generic, even working? Let's built your Linux PC soon with this one, right on!
