All things considered

Pros Pros: Very Inexpensive, Extremely Durable, Good sound quality, Easy to use.
Cons Cons: Limited options, Button placement, Customer Support.
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  For the cost this is a great player for any user, beginner or advanced. The cost is superb, sound quality excellent, and as durable as a steel plate.
Pros: First things first. I gave this player such a high rating because I feel that it was worth every penny. Agreed, if I had payed $100 for it I would be grossly disappointed. But the fact is I didn't. And that's part of why it is such a great buy. Now on to the other main points.
1) For around $30 you can't find a better musicians tool. It's sound quality is superb, as I have yet to find a song that didn't sound just as well on the player as it did with my 7.1 digital audio system.
2) This thing is DURABLE! I dropped it in some water, dried it, and it still plays like day 1. I've dropped it another time on a hard surface, and it hardly got scratched. Which was probably also due to the fact that it is...
3) Lightweight. You can put it in your pocket and hardly notice it. And lucky for me, I bought this for just that purpose. I can run with it and I hardly notice it. And, because it runs on flash memory, it will never skip.
4) I enjoyed the interface, it's simple, streamlined, and straightforward. The manual may be written poorly, but if you're smarter than a stale loaf of bread, you'll figure out everything you'll need to know in 10 minutes. (Or less)

Cons: Mostly just trivial points and pet peeves.
1) No folder or search function. Quite frankly, you won't find this on many other flash players out there anyway (including the infamous iPods), so unless you want to spend a LOT more you'll just have to "rough it". (I didn't find this that big of a problem because you can just sync it to a playlist anyway)
2) The "Next Track"/"Scan" button sticks out a little too much, so you have to watch out for it a lot. But this is mostly just a pet peeve.
3) Getting a hold of anyone if you have any questions is difficult to impossible. Just after I got mine out of the box I called to ask why my volume was "missing" setting 15, it just kept going from 14 directly to 16. Nobody could tell me what caused it, if it was a major problem, or if I should send it in at all. But in their defense they DID offer to replace it and categorize it as a DOA. However, TigerDirect had already messed up my shipping the first time and I didn't want to have to wait another four weeks to get another one so I said screw it.

Anyway, that's about it. I hope you all liked my lengthy and hopefully detailed review. And I hope you all purchase one of these exceptional players. I already own a Creative Zen Photo 20GB and I just got this one so I could go running without it skipping and because it's much smaller/lighter. And I enjoy them both equally. So if you want an inexpensive Mp3 player with plenty of storage this is the one for you!
