Decent while it lasted

Pros Inexpensive, high capacity, good WMP compatibility, lightweight, built in male USB
Cons Limited navigation, no armbands or clips, CHEAP construction, awkward button placement
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  Not terrible for the price, but shop around. For a few extra bucks buy a more reliable brand with better features and better construction.
I got this about a year ago and it has served me well. It doesn't have a whole lot of special features. The navigation is very limited. If you want to find a song you have to just start at the beginning and move one by one down the list. You can't look for a specific band or genre or even list it alphabetically. The display only allows two lines of text, so this can be tedious. The button for moving up and down the menu is awkward. Its kind of like a dial, but springloaded. If you accidentally push in on the dial it selects what you have highlighted instead of moving up or down. Then you have to start the whole thing over! If you're like me though you probably use shuffle mode more than anything, so its no big deal. Aside from the earbud headphones being able to function as a necklace there was no other way to attach it to my body or clothing.

The compatibility with Windows Media Player is great. I could use the automatic sync feature in WMP 10 & 11 with absolutely no problems. It also has the male USB built in, so no cable is required.

The main reason I had to buy a new player was that the PLAY/POWER button came loose and stopped functioning. That kind of limits its usefulness!
