this was really a bad product, only held 6-10 songs, depending on the songs, even tried a memory card in it, didn't help. Poor sound quality. It was free after a $50.00 rebate, so what could I lose? I lost $50, I bought it in April 2006, I submitted a very complicated rebate form with all these stickers off the product the very next day after it was delivered. I could not submit a ticket to track my rebate until September (their rule), and when I did, they tell me the serial number sticker was missing. Poor customer service. I would never buy anything from them again.
