Poorest of the poor service award.
I bought a refurbished 3000t in the middle of September and now its Thanksgiving and I'm still waiting to use it! The company had done no refurbishing of this unit! It had multiple issues, so I sent it back to the company for a repair.

Magellan RoadMate 3000T After Update
After updating Magellan RoadMate 3000t, the unit stopped doing recalculating or saying anything once a wrong turn is made. The route must be cancelled and you must return to previous destination before the unit restart giving information.

Excellent GPS unit
I have had this Magellan 3000T refurbished GPS now for 2 weeks. Took my first long trip with it a few days ago. I went from Buffalo NY area to Algonquin Park up in Canada a 5-hour trip. Piece of Trash
Unit locks up, No Customer Service, Repair department does not care, Magellan doesn't care.

I've always been too cheap to fork out the money for a GPS system for my car even though I always get one when I rent a Hertz car.
