The television itself is perfect. It comes in good and have no problems with it.

Only thing I can tell is the DVD player has problems.

I bought this television a few months ago. Oct 2009. It worked perfectly until this morning. I put in a rented movie and it got stuck and was spinning around inside it, I could hear it. I tried to eject it after the error message on the top of the screen. I have checked on their site, and there is noone that you can email. Theres a virtual technical that tries to answer a question about the problem and it has no idea how to answer it. I only wanted to know how do you get at dvd out of the player.
