I ordered from Meade's outlet- It was refurbished ($165 vs $399 for new). What a DEAL! The scope and tripod are NEW (or were used only once) and I got 3 NEW eyepieces, a NEW 3x barlow and a NEW autostar controller!! PLUS a set of 3 used (I'm guessing they are used as they were not in bags??) eyepieces, a 3x barlow and another used (A tiny bit of wear on the word autostar- but the screen does not even have a scratch) controller!!! Yes Meade outdid themselves with this baby- I won't hesitate to order from them again! As a matter of fact I plan on ordering the LPI imager right after the first of the year
