Unreliable expensive product

Like the reviews above I purchased the dvd player and within 16 days it completely stopped working. I could only return the player to the store within 14 days of purchase. Now I have to go through the Memorex warranty department. I have to pay for the shipping both ways and am only guaranteed a "re-furbished" player. I spent $179.99 + tax on the player and will now have to spend about another $40 for shipping. Absolutely do not recommend this product.
