no ball!
Pros
easy USB compatibility, and no mouse ball.
Cons
if using win 95, the ps2 adapter gets messed up after a while.
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
no ball, smooth moving, easy installation. well worth the investment.
I dont think i will ever buy another trackball mouse, unless using linux of course, because i dont want to take the time to install the drivers and such for it, but other than that, a mouse with no ball to clean, never drags, has a pleasant red light, and can move on just about any surface you can think of. In fact, its the mouse im currently using while typing this. Its software is nice and user friendly and i havent had any problems with it. As far as troubleshooting and problems with the mouse itself go, i havent had any problems at all so far, and i hope to keep it that way, because this is a mouse that is well worth the investment, and i shall never go back to the primitive ways of trackball mouses so long as i live.
