For me this product is brilliant, my Xbox is situated up stairs and to use a Ethernet cable it would have to run up the stairs or drill a hole in the ceiling which isn't very safe and just takes too much time so you have to go with the wireless router this allows me to have my Xbox anywhere i want it to be it connects up within seconds this is by far the best accessory i have for my Xbox allowing me to gain the full potential of my Xbox live experience which allows me to go online and play with other Xbox live users around the world, the wireless adapter allows me to do this wirelessly it is small very compact and easy to plug in i had no problem in doing so it fits perfectly on to the back of your Xbox 360, all in all i love my Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter however it would be better and useful if the wireless adapter could be integrated into the Xbox itself allowing a seamless setup and Xbox live experience however if you do not have a wireless router you will have to buy one and there can be very expensive and who wants to dish out lots of money for one. performance - because this is built pacifically for Xbox 360 and built by Microsoft it ticks all the boxes for high performance (as long as you have a good wireless router) this product on its own is perfect and I would recommend it to all Xbox users
