Midland 74-109 Weather Radio

This is a nice radio. Besides the weather,it is tuned into the local channel which monitors the jail. I can hear about all the criminals being processed. Last weekend I heard about a man named Bob who hung himself in his cell. I have also heard about what the police order for meals with local take-out restaurants.
It is clear and easy to use. When there is a weather alert or when someone hangs themselves in their cell an tone goes off which scares the bijesus out of you unless you have the volume turned down.
All in all, I think this is a fine radio and would recommend it highly.
