The best consumer model available
VCR's are on their way out. If your in the market for one, I feel sorry for you because there is not much to choose from. This is one very fine machine. Recording at SP-ET mode was superb. Virtually the same as a recording I made on a brand new FUJI S-VHS tape. I have made recordings from digital cable and,in short, the recording looks like the original.
