My First HDTV
I will start with one note saying this is my first time looking into HDTV's and wanted the nucleus of my home entertainment to be the tv. Well I purchased December 1st 2002 the WS-55511 platinum series television. It is a 55" HDTV ready. Here is a list of components so far plugged in.

I guess I'm the first one to actually write a review for this TV, so here goes.
I've had it now for about a month, and absolutely love it. It's a perfect size for my place. I sit about 14 feet away from it, and it's not too overbearing.

Over the Air Heaven
Bought the WS 55511 from ABC Warehouse for $2600.00 in Mid October. I love this set. My outside antenna has been dormant for years, but with this set, the HD signals from over the air are spectacular! It's hard to switch back over to the cable. I like the large and good picture
The WS-55511 has great picture quality and has netcommand (TM) including peer-to-peer connections for ease in switching around in my home theater. Needs a room large enough to handle the size but I have that. It is in constant use and it has had no problems. It connects easily with an IEEE 1394 Hub... Read full review »
