The Bottom Line:
I would recommend this television in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a HDTV.
I must admit that this opinion is written by someone who has quite a love affair with Mitsubishi electronics....sitting above my Mitsubishi television is a Mitsubishi DVD player....and on and on and on. However, I am not one to purchase anything without researching first and I believe that this research led me to buying one of the highest quality televisions on the market. Not only does this television feature NetCommand, a built in computer-like menu system to navigate all of the different inputs, but it also features slots for digital camera memory sticks built directly into the front of the television...perfect for viewing shots taken on your camera. Basically, this television has everything one would need for their home theater...it automatically adjusts its viewing size (480i is the standard, but you can also employ 480 stretch, 480 plus, etc) and the picture is absolutely amazing on high definition and all we have is a cheap HDTV antenna bought from Target for 10 dollars. Furthermore, we have both our PS2 and XBOX hooked up and it handles both flawlessly. The picture, the main event in televisions, is crisp and clear with the colors accurate and precise. We use a surround sound setup, but there are two woofers built into the base of the television if you need sound to come directly from it. All in all, this television supports all of our daily viewing needs and more.....I can't say enough about how great this television is......I hope I'm not too biased!
