After shopping for over 2 years, and watching Sony, Hitachi, and others battle for supremacy, Mitsy has KO'd the wannabees. I matched this set with a General Instruments 4DTV C-band receiver and the entire top of the line Mitsy components, including S-VHS VCR, CD-DVD, and home theater receiver.
Watching movies in digital mode convinces me that I no longer have to shell out $25 for admission and concessions at some crowded multiplex to watch a fuzzy screen and eat stale popcorn.
No matter how much TV you watch, do it in style! This set is easy to set-up and program, and very simple to operate. The sound quality is excellent, if you chose to use the TV speakers, and the cabinet is very attractive. With PIP, POP, and side by side displays you'll never miss those first 10 minutes of the movie because the football game went into OT. And the set is compatible with nearly every component on the market.
I would recommend the Mitsy WS to anyone you simply wants a great product for the money, and the 12 month no-interest-no payment-plan sure didn't hurt either.
