Great tv
Pros
Number of inputs, picture quality, versatility, quick mode change.
Cons
Poor documentation, lack of vga input.
Recommended it?
Yes
I just wrote a lengthy, detailed, glowing review of this tv, but the stupid system here failed to log me in and lost it. I don't feel like spending 30min re-composing the whole thing, so here's the gist of it.
Best picture (brightness, contrast, sharpness, color saturation and temp, black levels, smooth gradient) of all the tv's I looked at before buying. The number of inputs is excellent for making the tv the hub of your A/V rack. My one complaint is the lack of VGA, although the higher tier models did have it and this one does have RGBHV input if you get a breakout cable. Poor off axis viewing and image brightness, my two biggest gripes with rear projection sets to this point, are non issues with this Mits. One-touch quick shift between picture modes (zoom, 16:9, narrow, stretched, etc).
I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
