Great unit! I found that the Mitsubishi had much better picture quality than the Sony and Hitachi's that I looked at. Only the Elite Pioneers were equal to this television in performance, but much the Elite was higher in price. I definitely could not be happier with it. I paired it with a Toshiba DVD 5109 and a Pioneer Elite TX26 and WOW, what a blow you out of your socks system!
I Got mine in December of 99 when I first moved out. My father helped me pick it out. Only problem was a slight convergence irregularity which the defective part was replaced promptly
All who have seen this unit comment on how it does not look like a rear projection unit. I cannot see any scan lines at all, even at close distances. I am thrilled with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a rear projection unit.
