Great size, good reception, unmatched features in the price range.
I bought this TV after a thorough research in this space for a month. The size was just perfect for our living room. Unlike larger projection TVs it has space underneath to store different components (Cable box, DVD player, etc.) The TV is very light and the Mitsubishi provides a matching stand that has wheels on it.
Other TV that I considered buying was SONY XBR 53 inch. This TV was a little too big for our room. We would have required additional rack to store all our components.
SONY XBR 36" was had great picture quality as it is not a projection TV. However it did not have scan doubler technology. The scan lines are clearly visible in this size TV. The wireless headphone were a nice freebie. More importantly the TV is extremely heavy and hard to move around. The stand that comes with this TV does not have any wheels that can allow the TV to be moved around.
