The Bottom Line:
If your getting a projection TV and this is and option,get it.Do your convergence.Turn up contrast and down Brightness.Feed it good wires.

I read all these reviews about this TV.Bought it off a friend of the family for 900$.Got it home ,set it up.I was MAD.The picture was so horrible I thought it was broken.
I had a service guy come and he said there was nothing wrong.So i did some more research and found out about the service menu(((If interseted on how to use the service menu email me at insainleweygamr@sbcglobal.net with the subject mitsubishi wt 46809)))Played around with the service menu and did the full 64 pt convergence.The reason it was off so far was because i moved it in the freezing cold weather.Then I got premium wires.They cost,but there worth it.I MADE SURE THAT WHENEVER POSSIBLE MOVIES GAMES OR SATELLITE WERE PLAYED IN PROGRESSIVE SCAN!!! Very important for dvds.You can also e mail me about that.
Once i did all that.The picture is unbelievable!Cartoons Game shows whatever im watching is absolutely beautiful.
Progressive scan PS2 and Gamecube games are flawless.Dvds in Progressive scan are near high definition.Also I now have a high definition reciever thru direct tv.It looks so good,every time I sit down to watch it i'm surprised.
If you have a chance to get one of these.Get it .you wont be sorry.
My next set will be a Mitsubishi for sure.Other projections dont compare.
