Decent mid-range speaker
Pros
Nice general construction and appearance.<br>Decent overall sound quality.
Cons
Possibly poor bass response.
Recommended it?
Yes
I use these as 2nd zone speakers in my kitchen, where they have to be placed up high. I'm nto blown away by the sound quality, but I'm not sure if it's due to my receiver set-up.
General construction seems pretty nice - the woofer and tweeter materials, grills, connections, etc all look quite well done. The enclosure itself is just so-so, the seams aren't perfectly square, etc. The general finish and appearance are very nice, though.
It seems like you really need to boost the low bass range to get these speakers to sound nice. I'm still experimenting, though, and will update this review later if I attribute this to the A/V system setup.
