I love this phone and have no issues with it. I don't text so don't care about any of those features. I wanted a simple, reliable phone and found it in the RAZR. I would get this phone again.
Side note, my phone has taken a dip in the bathtub and also survived being thrown up on by son. I don't know any other phones that can take that kind of abuse!
