Motorola TracFone C139 Cell Phone

I had to buy almost 600 minutes initially (didn't need this much) and got to use about 3 (yes, 3 minutes) of them over the 4 years I tried to work with this totally incompetent company.  I just cancelled in total frustration after the credit card I had on file expired, they didn't notify me, and consequently I was faced with once again buying more minutes when I had already bought 600 and got to use almost none of them.  Over the years I spent at least 20 hours on the phone trying to solve various technical problems caused by their company.
This company is either a scam to rip people off, or so totally incompetent they're worthless.  My phone was workable less than 5% of the time over the 4 years, and I was on auto-pay.  An unmitigated disaster.
