Yes
The Bottom Line:
This a great cell phone that most will be happy using unless they are too techno oriented.
I recently purchased this phone when I switched from AT&T wireless to Verizon. As we all know, cellular phones seem to be evolving every day-some things good, others bad. Technology has gotten so good, phones are almost the size of a credit card. I'm an average size guy and I wanted a "no frills" flip phone and something not so teeny tiny. My eye was immediately drawn to the VU204. The phone is not large by any means. It is wider than most current flip phones, but deceptively slim and fits in jean pockets well. Everything is laid out very well and the Motorola did a good job of not wasting space. Everything about the phone is intuitive and easy to figure out. All the conversations I have had with my phone have been very clear and I have not had a dropped call. However, much of that may have to do with the Verizon network.
I really won't go into all the details of the phone, since I mostly use my phone just to make calls. I rarely text, take pictures and don't use a bluetooth. It does have a neat voice command feature though. Just touch a button on the right side of the phone and you can literally tell your phone what you want it to do-dial a specific number, check voicemail, etc. Very handy feature when you may need to pay attention to other things like driving.
The only thing I really dislike about the phone is that the recharge/mini USB port and headphone port have little rubber plugs that have to be removed for access. I think over time these may not stay in place as well and may even break off with repeated use-but maybe not.
This a good all-around cell phone that I think most people will be happy using.
