I decided to buy this product from the reviews on this site and researching other MP3's. I am glad I did. It is easy to use.
I received my MP3 player for Christmas 2005. Almost a month to the day it would not work, I could not turn it on.I called the Creative number and was told I was over the 60 day phone helpline(it was purchased in Nov.) and would have to pay $19.99 for help over the phone or go on-line and e-mail them for free. I e-mailed them and by the next day they had e-mailed me back explaining how to fix it. It required a couple of downloads off their site and now it works great. They explained how to in easy terms and even on the website everything is explained. I was relieved it was something small because I was upset it had broke after a month.
I use it everyday on my morning walks.
