I had actually recieved this DVD player as a replacement item when I returned my old Mintek DVD player. So far, I have had absolutely no problems with this item. It has great picture but the sound could have used a little work. The DVD player also reads discs in a timely matter and does not skip at all. The fact that there is no video input on the thing is kind of disappointing since I cannot hook up my Xbox 360 to it (not like I would bring it to work or anything). All in all, this is a very nice item and should get the job done anytime.
