Mustek PL-607 7 in. Portable DVD Player

I bought this product about a year ago., and barely used it (total 20 hours). Then it did not recognize any discs. I called their tech-support, long distance fee charged, the Rep. Neil's answer was "move the lens-head back and forth for thirty seconds" (he might want lose somethings), I did but still died. Then he ask me to buy lens cleaner (which I already cleaned), or send to a repair shop etc. no any help. It sounded not their product.
Now I know how MUSTEK stand by their products and their service. They don't care you after sells. I will not buy any products from MUSTEK ever. They just make the trash and cheat you to buy.
