NASCAR 2000 by EA Sports is the best NASCAR simulation that I have ever played. This game combines the feel of NASCAR Revolution with the graphics of NASCAR Racing 3.

NASCAR 2000 for Windows
Well, when I have my first PC four years ago, a little Pentium III, 850 MHz, running Windows ME, I purchased NASCAR 2000 and enjoyed playing the game. The sound and graphics were OK as well as the handling of the car. I could even metal plate race on California, which I got up to 200 MPH.

I don't know whether you have played any of the other Nascar simulations... But one word. BORING. gameplay is so boring after literally half an hour.
