I purchased my new NEC 1530V monitor just a few days ago, and I have to say it surpassed my expectations.
For many years I have wanted to purchase a flat screen monitor, but many factors such as price and unreliability have been keeping me from making the purchase. The NEC 1530V is the first flat screen monitor I have seen that is both affordable and that I do not have to worry about breaking down. I purchased my monitor for about $375 USD when a sale was going on at one of my local computer stores. One of the things that affected my decision a great deal was the amazing 3-year warranty that came with the monitor. For most other monitors you are lucky to get a 1-year warranty! Needless to say, I will not have to worry about the monitor breaking down in the near future.
The first thing I noticed about my new monitor was how easy it was to install. I had no problems and my computer monitor was set up and working within a matter of minutes. No adjustments to its settings were needed thanks to the ?No-Touch Auto Adjust?, which adjusted my monitors display settings without having to do a thing!
After using the monitor for a little while longer I have found many more advantages to owing this monitor. With my old monitor, when the sun came through my window and reflected on my screen, it caused so much glare it was almost unreadable. To my surprise, with the NEC 1530V monitor, I do not even notice any glare or any flickering! The picture is amazingly clear viewing from any angle and under any light condition.
Another advantage about this monitor is the amount of desk space it saves. Most monitors barely fit on a computer desk. With the 1530V, only a small area (14.6? width, 14.6? height and a 6.3? depth) of the desk is occupied. It is a lot easier to do work when you can have the work you are doing AND the monitor in your direct view.
I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone interested in purchasing a monitor.
