Nakamichi CD-45Z Car CD Player

I've bought a pioneer cd receiver and a clarion, and in terms of mucical accuracy, it surpasses both of these brands by leaps and bounds. When I first got the Nak unit, I was surprised to find that it was manufactured in Malayasia. I had expected something of this price ($400) to be made in Japan, but I've had the Nak for over a year and have had no problems whatsoever with it. Beware of cheap cd-rs and scratched cds because of the sensitivity of the 20 bit DA converters. In return for the skippiness of less than quality cds, you'll get high quality sound.
