Pros Combined with the DAC-41, provides 20-bit quality
Cons Occasionally skips when installed in vertical position
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  In combination with the Nakamichi CD-45z and DAC-41, excellent sound reproduction from the low to high range.
I have the Nakamichi CD-45z and the sound from that is fantastic. For convenience I got the MF-51 in combination with the DAC-41. Alone, the MF-51 has a 1-bit DAC. As the CD-45z is 20-bit I wanted to keep the same quality of sound and had the Nakamichi DAC-41 installed too. The DAC-41 is an external 20-bit DAC.

The quality of the stacker is marginally better than the head unit, with a less harsh top range. The sound is crisp and clear.

I have had some slight skips with the stacker installed in the vertical position. I'm going to try it installed in the horizontal position. There are dampeners that are set for the direction of the installation, but it does occasionally skip on very harsh bumps.
