I've had the opportunity to try this camera out before I bought it, working in a photo lab. I was amazed how nice my pictures turned out. I had a 60mm zoom point and shoot camera which cost me about $60 less, but it seemed with that camera I was always still too far away. 110 is not the most you can buy, but if you for average vacation or take pics of Jr. in the back yard, this is a great camera!
Among my favorite features is the easy to use timer. This really comes in handy when you don't want to ask a random passer by to take your family's picture.
Some of it's other features are Red-eye reduction (which can also be used on the timer), Auto focus window,Diopter adjustment lever, and a Tripod socket should you feel the need for one.
The only feature this camera doesn't have, which I wish it would, is a date and time stamp. This can be found on the 110 QD model only, which is the same camera with a few extra features.
The instructions that come with it are very clear, and easy to follow. I'm no photography expert, so this was very important to me.
To me, it was worth the extra few dollars to upgrade to a 110 zoom. It gets me a lot closer than a 60mm, and I didn't have to spend a fortune for it. $149.99 at Wal-Mart.
