These are the BEST small binoculars
Pros
Super crisp view, easy sighting, Great view to the edges lightweight, 25 year warranty
Cons
the focus knob is at the front end of the glass,
Recommended it?
Yes
I own many binoculars from the mid-range to high end euro models. I wear glasses and these little gems are great. the FOV is limited but the view is very satisfying even for all day. I am amazed at how fantastic the view is...but then they do cost around $500. I have owned other small binocs, Celestron Regal 8x25, Vector 8x20...and found both lacking and have given them away to friends. These Nikons are great and will accompany me on every trip. As a birder these are a great back up pair and are small enough to fit in a jacket pocket. I use them daily on my dog walks.
Find the price too high? I spent $225 on the Regals, another $100 on the Vectors. I should have just saved and then sprung for the Nikons to start with and I would have had great binoculars that will last a lifetime. As an eyeglass wearer I highly recommend these 10x glasses. I tried the Leica Ultra and Zeiss comparable models and found these far superior.
