My Nokia has been all over the US with me and I will say it is quite a device. I have given thought to trading it in/up and have stopped short in that I think we need to reassess how often we fall prey to the boon on planned obsolescence in the US.
This phone works well - the battery has good lasting ability. Mine is plugged into every car that I drive- my own and all the rentals that I drive.
Since I have ATT service, I seldom lose the ability to be out of range. But, my Nokia keeps on ticking as well.
I like the volume settings, and also I like being able to see the dialing numbers. As soon as you touch one, they all light up. I got an Ericsonn and found that the number pad was too small for me to read, especially at night.
I have had a minor problem of late, where the phone is not holding the date and hour stamp on calls. I have had to reset it several times, but that could be me , too!!
In all, this phone has been well worth the money and I have no regrets. It has served me well.
