Little camera that could...

Pros all-weather, sharp pictures, light weight
Cons fragile, no zoom
Recommended it? Yes
I borrowed this tiny camera for a weekend from my brother so that I wouldn't carry a big SLR around. I didn't really care about a superb quality, just needed to shoot something easy. It was quite a surprise when I developed the pictures, a tiny Stylus produced fine, sharp prints with great colors.

Olympus sells Stylus as a point-and-shoot camera, it is styled for successful sale, ultra-compact, extremely light, all-weather body and a great impressive F2.8 lens make this a unique point-and-shoot. What makes it even more special is retail price of under $100. It has an intelligent Auto Focus which measures a distance in three locations for a great focus even for off center subjects, all features are fully automatic. This camera is extremely popular for using advanced technology.

While taking pictures I noticed some things comparing them to all other cameras I've had and I had many. A viewfinder is bright, easy to use, I would say even easier than my SLR. You can shoot extremely close pictures with 14 inches range.

I also used different flash modes, nothing too special like exposure compensation but there is a fill-in flash, night sync and no flash modes.

As I said in the beginning about my prints, colors are kept the way you see them through your eyes, in other words natural colors.

I was very happy to use this camera, it served my needs, so tiny that I had hard time holding it without covering its flash. I am into photography and like manual switches for most occasions, but I'd recommend it big time to all users who wish to get great pictures with a touch of a button. You don't get a zoom but you do get sharp pictures with great lens...all for $100 or less.
