Save your money, avoid this remote!
Pros
Easy to read backlit display, learning ability, can customize what the volume button controls
Cons
Poor transmit power, no buttons work while sleeping volume didn't continuously transmit when held down

I originally bought this remote to control my new HDTV, HD DVR, DVD player and A/V receiver because it had a user-friendly display and seemed to have all the features I wanted, however once I used it for a couple of days it started to get very frustrating.
First, when "sleeping", which happens after about 10 seconds of not being used, you have to push any button once, then push the button you want. So if you're FFwding through commercials and it goes back to sleep, you have to push the button twice for it to do what you want.
Couple this with very poor IR transmitting power, which means sometimes you have to push buttons 3 or even 4 times for it to do what you want, and I was ready to throw it out the window. If you have pets and one happens to be walking or standing in front of the device you want to control nothing will happen. I've never had any remote work so poorely in this sense.
Spend a little more and get a Harmony!
