Onkyo TX-DS676 5.1 Channels Receiver

I bought this receiver to go along with my 36" TV and DVD player a few months back. It boasts 85W x 5 channels, Dolby Digital and DTS built in, Cinema Re-EQ, and S-Video all around. The predecessor to this model (656) had a fan noise problem, which was somewhat annoying. That problem is not evident on the 676. I would say that this is by far the best receiver for under $1000. The 85W x 5 should be more than enough for anyone. The new learning remote is intuitive, and much friendlier to use/program than the one on the 656. Basically, this receiver is like the 656 (which was great in itself) but with everything it was missing (DTS, no fan noise, MUCH better remote).
