Onkyo TX-SR875 7.1 Channels Receiver

I own this reciver for afew years now and the I can decribe its ability in one word: TITAN. Its built like atank, dont try to lift it by yourself, you will end up with back pain, it has 4 hdmi inputs so you can connect all the toys to it and send asignal to your tv, it has avery good video proccesor so if you still use dvd movies you can upscale the pic to 1080p and the most important thing is the sound, it has top class dynamic ability that picks you up from sofa and lunch you into space and then pull you back again, just watch christmas carol (the scene where he puts out the light of spirit of the past) and you will know what Iam talking about, the dialog is clear and the surround affects give you the feeling that you are not just watching amovie, its like being in the movie, watching an action movie makes you feel that you are in danger and need to run for cover . In stereo it doesnt disapoint and in the direct mode it sound almost as good as adedicated budget/midrange stereo amplifier and thats not bad for areciver.
