Best phone I have ever owned

Pros qwerty keyboard, great screen, productivity enhancing features, intuitive controls, robust design (dropped thrice still works)
Cons low ring volume, low speakerphone volume, large body (probably improveable by removing video camera)
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  This is the world's first true marriage of a cellphone and a pda. If you make notes or reply to emails on the move, you will love it.
The reason I bought it was the QWERTY keyboard, since I do a lot of emailing on the move, and need to have quick typing capability. But was pleasantly surprised with so many more productivity enhancing tools, that I would now be helpless without it.

Although the keyboard (which appears when the flip is open) looks tiny, you will be able to use it easily soon, even if you have large hands. It has tons of other useful features but I don't want to turn this review in to a features-list :). So here are my most-liked and least-liked features :

Most liked : qwerty keyboard, intuitive controls, gorgeous screen, productivity enhancing tools, robust design.

About the robust design. If you are a klutz like me, this should be good news. I dropped it twice on a rock-hard surface and except for a scratch it worked seamlessly; only when i dropped it the third time, did its touchscreen capability get damaged (though it still looked perfect for normal viewing) which was soon rectified by replacing the lcd screen only. I am still amazed how a phone with so many features can still work without a glitch after getting 3 hard knocks.

Least liked : very low ring volume, very low speakerphone volume (these are basic features, and you wonder how a phone that has got the advanced features perfect could screw up on the basics...but that's life i guess)
