The Bottom Line:
Buy it. I am inclined to agree with another review that states this will be the last phone/pda you buy for a while.
I had the Sony T616 and was looking for a new phone when the screen started being eaten up by yellow pixels. I settled on the p910a after looking around. I had a little trouble setting up the MMS/SMS/Internet settings... after a while found that in the support section on the T-mobile site there is a place where you enter your ph# and they will push the settings out to your phone (https://secure.mouse2mobile.com/clients/tmobileus/ota_support/). Once I finished that I was up and running on the internet, and shooting off MMS's. This is by far a superior piece of electronics. The Symbian UIQ OS seems to be rivalling the Palm already with all the companies jumping to support new software for it. Plus some of your old standby's from the Palm OS are being advanced to the Symbian OS (the great star charts of Solun http://www.piecafe.co.uk/solun/jsolun2.htm) and the new functionality of IM+ giving you the similar ability as Trillian to keep all your IM contacts under one software manager is great! Recently I have started dumping a bunch of cd's on it using OGG play (http://symbianoggplay.sourceforge.net/UIQ.html) up to 40 hours of cd quality music - this is awesome. I have had it for a week now and I guess the only drawback is that you can spend as much time with it as you want - your g/f b/f or spouse probably won't like that too much! Get one!
