bought at costco didn't work

Pros can't deterime any, unit didn't function

bought it may 23 2009 at costco .... it didn't work... am returning it today... it seems that the 12" unit isn't even carried in the company store website.. no mention of the product at all... .. I have an 8" unit by this company and it functions flawlessly... and therefore purchased the 12 on impluse while crusining costco isles...
