I don't see the "psblk" in D-NE320PSBLK written on my player, but assume it's the same one.
Under sunlight or flouros, the player is grey and ornage. Under incandescents, it's purple and orange. It still looks cool and not necessarily girly but I liked the orange and grey better. There was another essentially identical model (in blue, I think), but it was more expensive at the store I bought mine in.
The player's works great. I'm glad it has a setting to turn off beeping when it's paused, because that drives me mad, but some people may find it useful. The settings last between battery changes. The single AA battery makes it very light but I wish it used two AAAs, because I use rechargables. They usually can only be charged in equally drained pairs.
I commonly hold my player in a jacket pocket and the central control disk shaped thing is very difficulty to control by pressing buttons according to feeling. Of course, the external control solves this but you may have to tie the cord to the right length because the combination of the two wires is pretty long.
