I received my Unit Just before Christmas and I am delighted with it!.
The unit is built well! The user interface is
Easy to browse with.
I highly recommend useing their included software
for converting your Mpg and Avi Type files. The software
converts the files to a ASF Format! This format I believe
will be the future video file standard Like the Mp3's.
You can record directly from a Dvd from your rental store
via your player into the unit. Most movies are less than a gig!
The day will come soon that you will be downloading
full movies onto your memory sticks!

Friendly! I have already upsized the Hard drive to a 80
gig Toshiba 2.5 inch drive. A hackers Delight!
