I do like that this has the windows setup. and it is pretty simple to use. However, this phone at times has been a pain for me. A couple of times a month I have to pull out the battey and put it back in to get it to respond. I hate that the large middle button is the unlock. It unlocks itself all the time in my bag or if my baby touches it. Lastly...sometimes it doesn't hang up a call, I have to hit the end button 2-3 times.
